What Is the VA Community Care Program?

The VA Community Care program allows eligible veterans to receive care from approved community providers when the VA cannot provide timely access or when care closer to home is more appropriate. If you qualify, your VA benefits may cover chiropractic treatment at Live Oak Chiropractic.

How It Works

1. Talk to your VA primary care team or call your VA facility to request a community care referral for chiropractic services.

2. Once you have a referral authorization, contact us to schedule your appointment at 904-203-4983.

3. We handle the billing directly with the VA — no out-of-pocket cost for covered services.
